International Order Policy

Deposit & Order Processing

A 50% deposit of the merchandise total is required before we begin processing your international order. Once your deposit has been received and confirmed, your order will be released for picking and packing.

International orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the deposit has been confirmed.

Once your order is packed and shipping costs have been finalized, we will provide the final balance, including the remaining merchandise amount and applicable shipping charges. Full payment must be received before your order can be shipped.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability at the time your order is processed. While we make every effort to fulfill your order as submitted, availability may change before picking and packing are completed.

If an item becomes unavailable during processing, we will notify you and remove the unavailable item from your order. Your order total and remaining balance will be adjusted accordingly. The 25% restocking fee does not apply to items that KC Hawaii is unable to fulfill.

Shipping & Delivery

International orders may be shipped via FedEx, USPS, DHL, or another available carrier, depending on the destination and shipment requirements.

After shipment, please allow approximately 3–10 business days for transit, depending on the destination, carrier service, and customs clearance. International transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs or other circumstances outside of KC Hawaii's control.

Tracking information will be updated in your wholesale account once available.

Payment

Credit card is the accepted payment method for international orders.

Cancellations

If you request cancellation after your 50% deposit has been paid and while your order is being processed, the deposit will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee.

Orders that have already been released for shipment cannot be cancelled.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are not included in KC Hawaii's product prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully verify your shipping information before submitting your order.

Packages returned to KC Hawaii due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the recipient will be subject to a 25% return fee.

If you would like the returned order to be shipped again, new shipping and handling charges will apply.
