International Order Policy

International orders will incur an immediate charge of 50% of the order total. The remaining balance and shipping fees will be processed at the time of shipment. Shipping carriers include but are not limited to FedEx, USPS, and DHL. Processing times for international orders are typically 3-5 business days. For transit time, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery, if no delays in customs. Tracking information will be updated on your wholesale account once it becomes available.

1. Only acceptable payment method is credit card.
2. If you wish to cancel during this processing time, your 50% prepaid charge will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee.
3. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included with our shipping fees or item price and will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4. Packages returned to KC Hawaii due to the recipient providing an inaccurate or incomplete address will be assessed a 25% return fee.
5. New shipping and handling fees will be assessed if the recipient wishes to have their order be re-shipped.
